Curious Cardinals offers two core mentorship tracks: Academic Mentorship and Passion Project. The Academic Mentorship track focuses on helping students achieve academic success in a specific subject. The Passion Project track guides students in exploring and developing their unique interests beyond the classroom by creating hands-on projects.

Curious Cardinals also offers two supplementary mentorship tracks that can be added on to either core track: Executive Functioning and Pathfinding. Executive Functioning aims to equip students with organizational and time management skills. Pathfinding supports students in identifying their passions, strengths, and potential future paths.
